Under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, the 19th edition of the Dubai Airshow confirmed its place as one of the world’s leading aviation exhibitions.
Attendance for the five-day air show in November 2025 exceeded 200,000. Exhibitors from the aviation, aerospace and defense industries totaled about 1,500 from 115 countries.
VIPs from around the world, representing airlines, military manufacturers, suppliers and government entities, as well as a wide range of public and aviation professionals, flocked to Dubai to take part in this world-class air show.
The United Arab Emirates Air Force provided one of the top aerial displays at Dubai Airshow 2025. A mass formation — with helicopters, propeller planes and civilian and military jets — opened the show.
A United States team, highlighting the U.S. commitment to regional security, carried out an aerial display featuring a B-52 Stratofortress, the F-35 Lightning II, the F-16 Fighting Falcon and the Navy P-8 Poseidon.
“Our presence at Dubai is more than just an air show,” said Lt. Gen. Derek France, commander of Air Forces Central Command. “We are showcasing our professionalism, training and lethality on a world stage in plain view. The message we are sending is clear: peace through strength. We, along with our partners, are committed to regional stability, and we are equipped, trained and ready to sustain stability and reinforce security.”
Held every two years, the Dubai Airshow grows with every iteration. The 2025 air show welcomed 449 first-time participants, and the number of countries attending increased by more than 15 over the 2023 air show.
